Leadership Essentials Training Level 1 is an In Person, hands-on, three-part workshop focused on the learning and development of effective leaders. Goal: For learners to gain an understanding of effective leadership, develop and apply these necessary skills to their organization, and commit to continuous improvement for ongoing leadership development. 
Leadership Essentials begins with overviewing the foundations and impacts of effective leadership. Building on the foundational knowledge in the first module, learners will then assess their current skills and in module two and three they will be guided through how to develop these key traits and competencies to become effective leaders in their organization.
